| 摘 要： | 从分析海西经济区建设发展的需要与当前海西职教体系存在的问题入手,指出构建海西职教体系是海西各项事业全面发展的内在要求.从教育改革、经济发展、社会建设三个维度阐述构建现代职教体系应达成的目标,并从结构体系、课程体系、师资体系、质量体系、运作体系等五个方面架构起海西现代职教体系的总体思路,形成一个反映时代趋势、满足社会需求、职业性与人文性和谐、全民化与终身化衔接的多功能现代化职业教育体系.

| Abstract: | Development needs of constructing economic zone and problems of vocational education system in West-strait Economic Zone are analyzed. The article considers that constructing vocational education system in West-strait Economic Zone is inherent requirements of various undertakings full development in west-strait zone. The target that modern vocational education system should be reached is expounded from education reform, economic development and social development. The general idea of modern vocational education system in West-Strait Zone is proposed from structural system, curriculum system, teacher system, quality system and operation system. And multi-function modern vocational education system will be ultimately formed, which will reflect the trend of the times, meet the needs of the community,ocational harmony and that of humanity, connect all citizens and lifelong. |
