| 摘 要： | 要完成课改中转变学生学习方式的任务，加强学生自主学习的能力，应重点解决的就是自我效能感和自我调节策略的问题。而要使学生在自我效能感上有所跨越、有得当的策略运用，就必须从主体意识、良好归因心理、创新意识及自我调整意识四个方面着手进行培养和提高。
