| 摘 要： | 在海西经济建设环境下，档案工作主动贴近海西经济建设是新的形势发展需要．当前，档案工作的服务意识与人员素质有待进一步提高，信息资源开发、服务方式与数字化时代要求存在差距．因此，在服务目标与队伍素质准确定位的同时，增强服务的主动性，提高服务质量，加强信息资源建设等，是海西经济建设环境下档案服务的主要措施．
