| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法和访谈法对影响福建省普通高校健美操运动队发展的主、客观因素进行分析.其因素有:教练员学历、职称偏低,带队经验不足;各高校教练员之间学习交流机会少;运动员选材及培养过程系统性和连续性差等.建议各高校应拓展资金来源,确保运动队发展的经费需要,并革新管理体制,加强科研力度,从而有计划、科学的推进高校健美操运动队的发展.

| Abstract: | Using the questionnaire survey and the interview,the artide analyses the subjective and objective factors which affect college's calisthenics team's development.The affecting factors:the coach's degree and professional title are low,the experience of job isn't enough,and the intercourse chance is very few,selecting and training athletes should be systematic and continuous.And this article also suggests that the college insure the need of substance and outlay,reform the management system,reinforce research,aim to boost the development of calisthenics team scientifically. |
