| 摘 要： | 以第六次全国体育场地普查数据为依据,采用文献法、数理统计法、比较分析法等,就惠安县体育场地数量、规模、类型、投资结构、分布等进行研究。研究表明：截至2012年底,惠安县共建设了1 178个体育场地,体育场地建设以室外为主,且规模小、质量不高;人均体育场地面积为1.36m2,低于泉州市平均水平,其数量与面积增长幅度均低于泉州市的平均增长水平;投资结构以单位自筹为主,财政拨款和社会捐赠为辅,其他形式投资为补充的局面;全县共建了31类体育场地类型,类型较为单一,并主要分布在乡镇/村和校园。联动多部门出台体育场地建设专项规划,出台相应优惠政策构建多元化投资结构,加强相关制度与法律建设是惠安县“十三五”体育场地建设的重要举措。

| Abstract: | In accordance with the data from the 6th nationwide census of sports fields, the study, with literature method, statistics method and comparative method introduced, analyzes the number, size, types and investment structure of sports field in Hui＇ an county. The result shows that the outdoor sports fields among 1 178 fields up to 2012 seem to be small size and average quality; the per capita sport field of 1.36 m2 is far below the average number in Quanzhou city;their investments come mainly from institutions,some from government financial allocation or society donation; the type of the sports field appears to be unitary, generally distributing in school campus and township. It will be of importance to promote the construction planning of sports field, to introduce preferential policies for diversified investment. |
