本科教学评估症结的改革

摘    要:我国高等教育评估经历了试点实验,全面展开两个阶段,现已取得阶段性成效。针对当前我国高等教育评估的症结,应该速择以下路径进行改革:加强高等教育的分层研究;用法规规范评估活动;发挥核心利益相关者的作用;形成我国新的高等教育评估主体;注意评估方式选择与评估定位的一致;推动评估专家队伍的认证。

Abstract:Chinese higher education evaluation has gone through two phasese of pilot experiment evaluation and full swing,now has achieved results.To deal with the current evaluation problems,we should choose the followings to reform: to strengthen the research of higher education stratification;using norms and regulations to evaluate the activities;play the role of central stakeholders;form the mainof higher education evaluation;pay attention to the consistency of the evaluation choicese and evaluation location;promote the certification of evaluation experts team.
