| 摘 要： | 伴随着信息时代的挑战、技术的爆炸和知识全球化的态势,大学所处的外部环境已经发生了巨大变化,迫使大学转变传统办学方式,在变革中求得生存和发展。大学核心竞争力是当前高校改革转型的关节点,也是现代学校竞争的关键。大学要想在竞争申获胜,就必须识别和培育本校核心竞争力,井通过大学知识创新、组织创新、制度创新和文化创新保持并提升核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | With challenges of information innovation,technology bombs and knowledge globalization,the outside environments of colleges and universities have been largely changed,which force them to change traditional ways of running schools to meet challenges.Core competition plays a key role in the colleges and universities'competition in reform transitional period.To obtain success in the competition,colleges and universities should realize identification and development of their core competition.Moreover,the core competition should be protected and raised through colleges' organization innovation,technology innovation,institution innovation and culture innovation. |
