| 摘 要： | 2002年我国高等教育已实现从精英教育阶段到大众化阶段的跨越,高校毕业生就业问题业已成为制约高等教育大众化持续发展的“瓶颈”。规避“大一统”的价值观,实现多元化选择,培养符合社会需要的高素质建设人才是解决就业问题的关键,也是大众化教育持续发展的必然选择。

| Abstract: | China has already entered the mass education from the elite education in 2002, and the employment problem of the university graduates also has become the "bottleneck" that restricts the continuance development of mass education. Evading the value of "great unity", carrying out the diversified choices and bringing up the high ability person who meets the social demand is the key to resolve the employment problem, and is also the inevitable choice to keep on a development of mass education. |
