| 摘 要： | 梳理了金陵科技学院创建新兴新型应用型本科院校教育思想持续系统化丰富发展的脉络。论述了学校理念创新与行动创新实践经验,包括:坚持应用为本、占地提档拓展新领域,服务南京区域创新形成新兴之势;坚持学职一体化,发展新型应用型高等教育;坚持互动双赢借力发展,走合作办学新路;坚持创新办学体制机制,走师资多元化、多样化新路;坚持知识产权化,提升应用科技研发服务速度、幅度、精度和贡献度;坚持校本化研究,走特色品牌化办学之路。揭示了建设新兴新型应用型本科院校的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The thesis presents that the educational theory of Jinling Institute of Technology （JIT）on establishing a new university of applied sciences is going through sustainable and sys-tematic development.It analyzes JIT＇s position of basing on applied sciences,expanding new fields,and serving for Nanjing,and discusses the practice experience of JIT＇s concept and ac-tion innovation.By analyzing JIT＇s practical experiences on integrating academic education and vocational education,interactive win-win cooperative education,innovating school-running sys-tem,diversifying teaching faculty,improving the speed,range,accuracy,and contribution of JIT＇s research services,and insisting on JIT-oriented research,the thesis reveals the signifi-cance of establishing a new university of applied sciences. |
