| 摘 要： | 高校的青年教师是 2 1世纪中国高等教育的中坚力量 ,对高校坚持社会主义办学方向 ,培养造就又红又专的高级专门人才 ,有着特殊的重要作用。教师的思想道德建设关系到党的教育事业的前途和命运 ,其中世界观的改造是重中之重。该文就高校青年党员教师如何树立无产阶级世界观进行了探讨。
