| 摘 要： | 现代化大生产和社会主义市场经济的发展，对我国行政道德建设领域提出了更高的要求。加强行政道德建设是构建社会主义现代行政道德体系的需要，是实现依法行政的需要，是建设廉洁、勤政、务实、高效政府和抵制行政腐败的需要，是实施“以德治国”方略的需要，必须高度重视并认真地将其落实。

| Abstract: | The development of modern productive force and socialist market system shows its higher requirement on construction of administrative morality.Strengthening the construction of administrative morality is the need of building a modern socialist administrative moral system,the need of administering according to law,the need of building a government which is honest,hard-working,ready to do matters relating to work and highly efficient to resist administrative corruption,and the need of managing state affairs with morality.We must pay close attention to its implematation. |
