| 摘 要： | 人世以来.我国农产品贸易成功地走过了入关的过渡期,农产品出口稳中有升,但同时出现了农产品贸易逆差.我国农产品出口在国际开放的农业经济中要保持进出口协调发展,关键在于我国的农产品进出口法制环境的建立和对国际市场的适应.从经济和法律的基本理论关系着手,并以我国和我省为例,分析了不同时期农产品出口与法律建设的联系,提出了加强农业贸易立法对我国农产品出口的重要意义.
