中医院校大学生交流恐惧调查及影响因素分析

摘    要:为了了解影响中医院校大学生交流恐惧现状,探讨其影响因素。采用交流恐惧自陈量表( PRCA-24)对541名中医院校大学生进行测试和分析。结果表明:性别、年级、成长环境、家庭经济状况、是否独生子女等作为单独因素对中医院校大学生的交流恐惧没有明显影响(P〉0.05),专业兴趣、来源和是否医学专业对中医院校大学生交流恐惧在一些维度上有较为显著的影响(P〈0.05);双因素分析因素之间存在交互作用(P〈0.05)。所以影响大学生交流恐惧的因素是多方面的,针对相关因素采取积极有效的预防和控制措施是有必要的。

On Communication Apprehension of Traditional Chinese Medicine University Students and its Affecting Factors

Abstract:In order to investigate the status of traditional Chinese medicine university students’ communication apprehension ( CA ) and relevant affecting factors, a total of 541 traditional Chinese medicine university students were tested by Personal Report of Communication Apprehension ( PRCA-24). The result indicates that the aspects of the gender, age, growing environment, economic status of family and the only-one-child family background don’t influence their CA as a single factor ( P〉0 . 05 ) , while the interest, origin and their medical majors are three factors affecting students’ CA (P〈0. 05). The analysis of double factors shows that the factors have some interactions. There are many factors associated with communication apprehension, and it is necessary to take effective measures to prevent and control these related factors.
