| Abstract: | It is an important roll booster for Hefei economic circle to effectively carry on industrial transfer. The papar argues that carrying on industrial transfer should comply with the predominance of Hefei economic circle, defer the tendency of the home and abroad industrial transfer, lift the capability of in- dustrial match, find the stress of carrying on industrial transfer, and persevere in the balance between carrying on industrial transfer and independent innovation. |
