高职院校辅导员队伍专业化建设的思考

摘    要:高职院校辅导员队伍专业化在发展的过程中出现了一些困境,这主要体现在高职院校对辅导员职能认识不清,缺乏规范的辅导员选拔机制和培训机制以及一些矛盾性因素;这些问题的产生有着社会、辅导员和职业自身的原因。为此,必须构建以学科机制、选拔机制、培训机制、激励机制为主要内容的长效机制,从而促进辅导员队伍的专业化发展。

Inquiry About the Problems in Establishing Pro-Political Instructor Team and the Solutions

Abstract:There have been a few problems in establishing the professionalized political instructor teams in technical colleges, which largely lie in lack of understanding of political instructors' function, a system for model selection and training as well as some contradictory factors. These problems result from not only society, but also political instructors themselves and even the job itself. Therefore, it is necessary to establish, in a long term, an effective system that focuses on the discipline, selection, training and encouragement so as to promote the professional development of political instructors.
