摘    要:中国正从世界旅游资源大国向旅游经济强国的目标奋进,迫切需要提高旅游企业的集团化。以安徽省为考察对象,通过分析旅游企业集团化的制约因素、发展意愿与突破思路,探索中国旅游企业集团化发展的战略思路。认为:地方政府是旅游企业集团化最重要的外部动力源;企业家勇于创新发展的意愿与信心,是决定企业集团化进程最关键的内部动力源;地方主流旅游集团理应发挥区域“龙头”作用,但这些集团必须克服地域“惰性”才能大展宏图;未来旅游企业集团化的主力应该是“三跨”(跨地区、跨行业、跨所有制)旅游集团。

On the Factors of Restriction to Tourism Businesses Collectivization and Ways to Break Through

Abstract:Now that China is stepping towards the goal of transforming from a nation of tourism resources to one of tourism economy, it is urgent to enhance tourism businesses collectivization. Taking Anhui Province as an example, factors of restriction, development wishes and road to breakthrough, on the way to tourism businesses collectivization, are analyzed and the strategic mentalities of collectivization are discussed in this report which holds the views: the most important external supply for tourism businesses collectivization comes from local government; entrepreneurs' wish and confidence to innovate and develop are the most essential internal supply; the local mainstream tourism groups should play a leading role in collectivization when overcoming their own inertia; the 3C (cross region, cross profession, cross ownership) tourism group will become the main force in the future.
