| 摘 要： | 使用文献研究和调查研究方法，利用知识管理的基本原理和方法，对远程教育机构、普通教育机构和企业的开办宗旨、利润追求和运作目标进行比较，对远程教育机构知识管理的目标、意义、特点、任务及现状进行了梳理和分析，明确了其知识管理具体活动，总结出了我国远程教育机构知识管理的现实情况。

| Abstract: | Through literature review and questionnaire investigation, this research compares distance education institute with traditional university and company on their operational purpose, operating goal and chase of profit. Based on those, it analyzes the aim, significance, character, task and status quo of knowledge management. Finally it sums up status quo of knowledge management of distance education institution in China. |
