摘    要:高校教师绩效考核量化受科学管理理论实证主义、科学主义思潮的影响,上述理论成就的历史条件、作用对象使其在高校管理中必然存在不足,在高校教师考核中量化也不是万能的,过度量化管理,在某种程度上防碍和压制了教师工作的主动性。

Abstract:College teachers performance appraisal quantification absorbed the scientific management of positivism and the scientific trend of thought.The theoretical achievement in historical background,the role of the object so that it is bound in school management deficiencies.The college teachers in the quantitative assessment are not a panacea,but excessive quantitative management to some extent prejudice and oppression as a teacher initiative and passivity.
