摘    要:建立了测定谷氨酸的化学发光新方法,确定了该方法的测定最佳条件,并研究了抑制体系的机理。在最佳条件下,谷氨酸浓度在2.0×10^-8-5.0×10^-5mol·L^-1范围内与相对发光强度成正比,方法的检出限为6.0×10^-9mol·L^-1,对1.0×10^-6mol·L^-1的谷氨酸平行测定9次,相对标准偏差为2.5%。该法用于味精产品中谷氨酸含量分析。

Abstract:A novel flow injection chemiluminescence method was developed for the determination of glutamic acid, based on the inhibited effect of glutamic acid on the chemiluminescence reaction of potassium permanganate and glyoxal in the acidic medium. The optimum conditions and the possible inhibitory mechanism was also discussed. Under optimum conditions, the relative chemiluminescence intensity was linearly related to the concentration of glutamic acid in the range of 2.0×10^-8 -5.0×10^-5mol·L^-1 with a detection limit of 6.0×10^-9mol·L^-1, the RSD for measurement of 1.0×10^-6mol·L^-1 glutamic acid (n=9) is 2.5%. This method was applied to the determination of glutamic acid in monosodium glutamate samples with satisfatory results.
