| 摘 要： | 文章针对当前“农业气象学”实验室文化建设中存在的问题,结合工作实际,从学科特点出发,从精神风貌、规章制度和行为规范以及实验室氛围等不同角度进行实验室文化体系优化建设,旨在提升实验室“软实力”,助力提高实验教学质量,推进教育改革,实现与时俱进、“以人为本”的现代教育理念。

| Abstract: | In view of the problems existing in the laboratory culture construction of Agrometeorology,this paper proceeds from the characteristics of the subject,and optimizes the laboratory culture system from different perspectives,such as spiritual outlook,rules and regulations,behavioral norms and laboratory atmosphere,aiming at enhancing the laboratory"soft power",helping to improve the quality of experimental teaching,promoting educational reform and realizing it.Advance with the times and"people-oriented"modern educational concept. |
