“案例教学”在口腔颌面外科学教学中的应用

摘    要:目的:在青海大学医学院口腔颌面外科教学中应用案例教学法,以期在口腔颌面外科教学中提高教学效果。方法:根据《口腔颌面外科》第6版教学大纲,选择具有代表性、典型性的病例,制订案例教学方案。学生在教学前熟悉病例相关问题,见习时教师组织学生按照提供的案例,结合具体病例,要求学生针对所有问题进行讨论发现。结果:90%学生认为案例教学方式比传统的教学方式更有吸引力,更有挑战性,收获也更多。结论:基于案例分析的教学模式,把学生置于主动地位,提高了学生的参与意识及学习积极性,进一步加强了学生整合、系统化相关知识的能力,对培养学生的临床思维能力很有帮助,此法值得在临床教学中推广。

Abstract:Objective:To apply the case teaching method in the teaching of oral and maxillofacial surgery in Qinghai University Medical College,in order to improve the teaching effect in oral and maxillofacial surgery teaching.Methods:According to the 6th edition of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery,select representative and typical cases and develop a case teaching plan.Students in the pre-teaching case-related issues,when the trainees organize students in accordance with the provided cases,combined with specific cases,students are required to discuss all issues.Results:90%of students believe that the case teaching method is more attractive,more challenging,and more rewarding than the traditional teaching method.Conclusion:The case-based teaching model puts students in an active position,improves students'participation awareness and enthusiasm for learning,and further strengthens students'ability to integrate and systematically relevant knowledge,which is very helpful for cultivating students'clinical thinking ability.This method is worth promoting in the clinical teaching.
