摘    要:"食品工厂设计"课程在培养食品专业人才中起着重要作用。该文分析了现有课程教学模式与人才培养的问题,从课堂教学和实践教学的内容设计、教学方法、教师队伍建设、学生应用能力提升等方面提出了相应的改革思路和调整措施,期望充分培养学生的综合应用能力,达到更好的教学效果。

Abstract:The course Food Factory Design plays important role in talent training of food specialty.The problem of current course teaching mode and talent training were analyzed.In order to effectively improve the students’comprehensive application ability and the teaching effect of the course Food Factory Design,the corresponding reform ideas and adjustment measures were put forward from the four aspects of teaching content of theoretic and practice teaching,teaching methods,construction of teaching staff,application abilities of student.
