生物化学与分子生物学实验教学改革与探讨

摘    要:实验教学是每门生物学课程的必要补充,生物化学及分子生物学实验是各生物学实验门类的基础,现有实验方案中实验设计不太理想,且部分实验涉及危化品。为了在传统实验教学基础上优化实验方案和教学内容,通过增加学生自主设计性实验,同时采用优化实验设计的方式避免危化品,使生物化学及分子生物学实验教学更为安全和高效。

Abstract:Experimental teaching is a necessary supplement to every biology course.The existing experimental scheme is unsatisfactory and involves dangerous chemicals.In order to optimize the experimental scheme and teaching content on the basis of traditional experimental teaching,and increase the design experiment,at the same time,the method of optimizing experimental design is adopted to avoid dangerous chemicals,so as to make the experimental teaching of biology more safe.Efficient.
