| 摘 要： | 应用技术型人才的培养更加注重将专业技术运用到生产和研究中解决实际问题,生物化学实验在培养学生基本技能的掌握、创新及实践能力具有重要作用。传统实验教学没有很好地重视学生实践技能的培养,该文旨在转变传统实验教学模式,探索以解决实际问题为导向的项目研究式实验教学。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of applied and technical talents strengthens on applying professional skill to solve the practical problems in the area of industries and scientific research.Biochemistry experiment plays an important role in helping students develop their basic skills and practical and innovative ability.The traditional experiment training lacks the cultivation of students’practical skills.This work aims to change the traditional teaching mode,and explore a project based experiment teaching method guided by solving the practical problems. |
