| 摘 要： | 党和国家高度重视高校辅导员队伍建设,高校辅导员是开展思想政治教育的骨干力量,是高校大学生思政教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者、指导者。高校辅导员必须坚持立德树人和文化自信,讲得了思政课,做得了心理咨询,跟得上网络时代发展的步伐,并在思政教育引导下不断创新工作方法,向着更加专业化、职业化的方向发展。

| Abstract: | The Party and the State have attached great importance to the construction of counselors in higher vocational colleges.College counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education and the organizers,the implementers and the guides of ideological and political education and management of college students.College counselors must adhere to the concept of"building morality and cultivating talents"and cultural self-confidence.They must be able to teach ideological and political courses,do psychological counseling,keep up with the pace of the development of the Internet age,constantly innovate working methods,and develop towards a more specialized and more professional direction under the guidance of ideological and political education. |
