基于翻转课堂的应用型本科综合实训教学研究——以“网络工程设计与实施综合实训”课为例

摘    要:基于翻转课堂的应用型本科专业综合实训课程实验(实训)教学模式,是以学生为中心的教学理念。实践教学过程是由教师制订符合实际工作岗位的个性化实训任务,学生课前通过课程微视频等相关资料学习,课中学生自主实践、教师点评,课后教学反思等形式组织实训教学。此教学模式有效地解决了此类综合实训课程学生基础差异大、实训课时有限所致的教学效果不理想、实践综合能力欠佳等问题,达到了有效内化学生理论知识和提高学生综合实践能力的目的,激发了学生的学习主动性,从而提高了学生的专业综合能力和实践创新能力。

Abstract:Based on flipped classroom,the teaching model of comprehensive experimental(practical)training courses for application-oriented undergraduate majors is an embodiment of the student-centered teaching concept.In the process of practical teaching,teachers formulate personalized practical training tasks in line with the actual working positions.Students learn before class through micro-videos and other related materials.In the class teaching,practical training is organized in the forms of students’independent practice in class,teachers’comments,and after-class teaching reflection.This teaching model has solved the problems such as the big difference in the knowledge foundation of students,the poor teaching effect due to the limited training time,the poor comprehensive ability of students.It has achieved the purpose of effectively internalizing students’theoretical knowledge and improving students’comprehensive practical ability,as well as stimulating students’learning initiative,thus improving students’comprehensive professional ability and practical innovation ability.
