学分制背景下职业教育课程改革的探索与思考

摘    要:学分制的推行能够提升学生的自主学习能力,满足学生个性化发展需求,推动职业院校发展,进而为社会培养更多的技能型和创新型人才。基于此,在学分制背景下,职业院校应重视课程体系改革,构建更加符合职业院校发展的课程体系。通过阐述职业院校实施学分制改革的意义,以及学分制模式在职业教育课程改革中需要遵从的原则,分析了学分制背景下职业院校实施课程改革的必要性,并对学分制背景下职业教育课程改革的路径展开了探讨。

Abstract:The implementation of the credit system can improve students’ability of independent learning,meet students’personalized development needs,promote the development of vocational colleges,and train more skilled and innovative talents for the society.Therefore,under the background of credit system,vocational colleges should attach great importance to the reform of curriculum system,construct the curriculum system more in line with the development of vocational colleges.This paper expounds the significance of implementing the credit system reform in vocational colleges,and the principles that the credit system model should follow in the curriculum reform of vocational education,analyzes the necessity of implementing the curriculum reform in vocational colleges under the background of credit system,and discusses the path of curriculum reform of vocational education based on the background of credit system.
