| 摘 要： | 医学院校附属医院党务人才队伍建设,是新时期充分发挥公立医院党委的领导作用、保障党建工作顺利开展的基础。聚焦当前医院专职党务干部队伍的状况,找不足,补短板,要把建设政治强、业务精、作风好的专职党务干部队伍作为重要任务来抓,管好、用活、激励党务干部,扎实推进做好医院意识形态工作。
