| 摘 要： | 新旧动能转换背景下,高职业院校应采取与新旧动能转换产业转型升级相契合的人才培养策略。本文以潍坊市为例,在分析新旧动能转换背景下潍坊高职院校人才培养存在问题基础上,提出了优化人才培养结构的策略。
