| 摘 要： | 信息时代下突发公共事件会比之前任何一个时期更能迅速扩散和传播。近年来社会对高校的关注度不断提高,发生在校园内的任何事件都有可能演变成网络上的舆情,对高校产生不同程度的影响,因此高校网络舆情管理对于维护校园稳定起到越来越重要的作用。该文通过对以往高校舆情的各项数据分析,结合调查研究,针对完善高校网络舆情的预警与应急处理机制,从参与主体角度来探究舆情疏导体系,力求通过建立有序的处理机制服务于学校和社会的稳定发展。

| Abstract: | In the information age,public emergencies can spread more quickly than any previous period.In recent years,the society has been paying more and more attention to colleges and universities.Any event on campus may evolve into network public opinion,which has a different degree of influence on colleges and universities.Therefore,the management of network public opinion in colleges and universities plays an increasingly important role in maintaining campus stability.Based on the data analysis of the public opinion in colleges and universities in the past,combined with investigation and research,this paper aims to improve the early warning and emergency handling mechanism of network public opinion in colleges and universities,and explores the public opinion guidance system from the perspective of the participants,striving to serve the stable development of schools and society by establishing an orderly handling mechanism. |
