| 摘 要： | “课程思政”要求各门课程都要挖掘其所蕴含的思想政治教育资源,并将其融入课程内容之中,在传授专业知识的过程中加强思想政治教育,实现知识传授和思想政治教育的有机统一。法理学作为“法的一般理论”,具有多方面的思想政治教育功能。它可以帮助学生树立正确的法治观,使学生深化对社会主义核心价值观的认识,培养学生的法治思维。

| Abstract: | Because of the requirement of“curriculum ideology and politics”,all courses should excavate the resources of ideological and political education,and integrate them into the course content so as to strengthen ideological and political education in the process of imparting professional knowledge and realize the organic unification of knowledge imparting and ideological and political education.As a general theory course of law,Legal Philosophy course has many functions of ideological and political education.It can help students to establish a correct concept of the rule of law,enable students to deepen their understanding of socialist core values,and cultivate students'thinking about the rule of law. |
