职业院校信息类专业导师制教学模式的实践与探索

摘    要:导师制是一种教育制度,与学分制、班建制同为三大教育模式。该教育制度最早起源于英国牛津大学,导师贯彻全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人的现代教育理念,更好地适应新时期素质教育的要求和人才培养模式的转变。导师制的教学模式有利于培养学生的就业能力和职业素养。

Abstract:The tutorial system is an education system,and the credit system and the class system are the three major education models.The education system originated from Oxford University in the UK.The mentors implemented the modern education concept of educating the whole people,educating the whole people,and cultivating people in an all-round way,so as to better adapt to the requirements of quality education in the new period and the transformation of the personnel training model.The tutor system teaching model is conducive to the development of students'employability and professionalism.
