| 摘 要： | 文章通过高校的"双带头人"党支部书记作用发挥中存在的普遍问题,结合佛山科学技术学院党支部书记作用发挥的实际情况与做法。从健全选拔机制、建立考核奖励机制;创新"1+1+1"模式、"老带新、传帮带"模式;着重党支部书记的一个意识、两个引领以上三个方面积极探索符合高校实际、兼顾学科专业特点的高校"双带头人"教师党支部书记作用发挥的机制。

| Abstract: | This article discusses the common problems existing in the role of the party leader of the "double leader" of colleges and universities,combined with the actual situation and practice of the role of the party branch secretary of Foshan University.From the sound selection mechanism and the establishment of the evaluation and reward mechanism;the innovation of the "1+1+1" model,the "old belt new,the pass belt" model;focusing on one consciousness of the party branch secretary,two leading the above three areas to actively explore in line with colleges and universities The mechanism of giving full play to the role of the secretary of the Party branch of the "double leader" teacher in colleges and universities that takes into account the characteristics of the disciplines. |
