| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员具有管理人员、教师等多重身份。通过分析多重身份下辅导员专业化建设的现状与困境,结合高校辅导员队伍建设的相关要求,提出有效的高校辅导员专业化的建设方式方法,进一步提升辅导员专业素质,稳定高校辅导员队伍。

| Abstract: | College counselors have multiple identities such as administrator,counselor and teacher.Based on the analysis of the current situation and predicament of the construction of counselors'professionality under multiple identities,and in combination with the related requirements,this paper puts forward effective ways and methods for the professional construction of college counselors,so as to further improve the professionalization of college counselors and stabilize the teamof college counselors. |
