| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育事业的改革与发展,教务管理工作在学校各项工作中显得越来越重要。文章着重强调高校教务管理人员岗位意识的重要性,指出教务管理人员的岗位意识包括政治思想意识、组织纪律意识、责任意识、服务意识、创新意识和奉献意识。教务管理人员只有积极更新教务岗位意识,才能适应新形势的发展和要求。

| Abstract: | With the development and reform of higher education,educational administration is becoming more and more important in all kinds of school work.This paper emphasizes the importance of the post consciousness of the educational administration managers in colleges and universities,and points out that the post consciousness of the educational administration managers includes the consciousness of political thought,the consciousness of organizational discipline,the consciousness of responsibility,the consciousness of service,the consciousness of innovation and the consciousness of dedication.Only by actively updating the consciousness of educational administration posts can educational administrative personnel adapt to the development and requirements of the new situation. |
