| 摘 要： | 输血科是临床实习生进行输血医学教育的重要阶段,本综述从输血科现状的分析、输血相关技能的强化、临床输血思维的建立、沟通能力的提高、合理用血的认识五个方面探讨对于输血科实习教学方法的加强和改进,从而为培养高素质的输血人才奠定基础。

| Abstract: | Blood transfusion departments is an important stage of clinical interns in transfusion medicine education,this review explored to strengthen and improve the practice teaching through analysis the status of blood transfusion,strengthen skills related to blood transfusion,the establishment of the clinical blood transfusion thinking,to improve the communication skills,to understand the rational use of blood,in order to raise the high quality blood transfusion talented person to lay the foundation. |
