| 摘 要： | 大数据时代的到来,对国家社会经济发展产生了重大影响,也给社会教育发展带来一场深刻变革。同样,在国家干部教育培训院校中,也面临着运用教育大数据,推动培训教育发展的历史性机遇。因此,需聚焦培训教育精准化,运用教育大数据,积极推进工会干部教育培训发展,变革工会培训发展的理念,提高教育培训的针对性、实效性,推动教育培训质量提升,全面提升工会干部教育培训教学管理,建立健全教学质量评价体系,进一步加强工会干部队伍高素质专业化能力建设,推动工会干部教育培训的创新发展。

| Abstract: | The arrival of the big data era has had a significant impact on the social and economic development of the country,and has also brought a profound change to the development of social education.Similarly,in the national cadre education and training institutions,there is also a historic opportunity to use educational big data to promote the development of training and education.Therefore,it is necessary to focus on the precision of training education,use educational big data,actively promote the development of union cadres’education and training,reform the concept of union training and development,improve the pertinence and effectiveness of education and training,promote the quality of education and training,comprehensively improve the teaching management of union cadres,establish and improve the evaluation system of teaching quality,further strengthen the construction of high-quality professional ability of union cadres,and promote the innovative development of union cadres’education and training. |
