| 摘 要： | 由于社会就业压力不断加剧,创业逐渐成为在校大学生和毕业大学生一种新的职业选择,大学生创业也成为社会共同关注的焦点。以云南农业大学2016级生物技术专业的学生在全国疫情最严峻时期成功创业的经历,剖析在创业初期大学生的思想变化及学校鼓励学生创新创业的措施,为新农科建设下的“双万计划”生物技术专业人才培养及大学生创新创业提供参考与启示。

| Abstract: | Due to the increasing pressure of social employment,entrepreneurship has gradually become a new choice of career for college students and graduates,and college students’entrepreneurship has also become the focus of common concern of the society.Based on the successful entrepreneurship experience of Grade 2016 Biotechnology students of Yunnan Agricultural University in the most severe period of the national epidemic,this paper analyzes the ideological changes of college students in the early stage of entrepreneurship and the measures taken by the university to encourage students to innovate and carry out entrepreneurship,so as to provide reference and enlightenment for the cultivation of Biotechnology under the“double 10000 plan”for the construction of new agricultural science and the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students. |
