摘    要:21世纪以来,中国的民办教育得到党和政府的高度重视,一系列促进民办教育发展的政策文件的出台,使得民办教育伴随着经济社会的进程不断壮大,满足了人民群众对教育多样化与选择性的需求。然而,民办教育与公办教育的功能性重合却导致了二者间的多方面冲突,部分农村地区私立中小学借助资金、生源、教师与制度优势不断挤压公立教育的发展空间进而造成教育发展失衡,知识资本在私立或者公立学校之间再一次进行了重新分配。

Abstract:Since the new century,China's private education has been attached great importance by our party and the government.A series of policy documents have been issued to promote the development of private education,which makes the private education grow with the process of economic society and meet the people's demand for education diversification and selectivity.However,the functional coincidence of private education and public education has led to many conflicts between them:in some rural areas,private primary and secondary schools are constantly squeezing the development space of public education with the help of funds,students,teachers and institutional advantages,which leads to the unbalanced situation of education development.Knowledge capital is used by farmers to choose private or public schools for their children The redistribution of the choice of study are formed.
