| 摘 要： | 在选择知识产权法学讨论式教学案例的时候,要注意案例的权威性、典型性和文本依托性。知识产权法学讨论式案例教学的实施可以归纳为:主讲教师介绍案例归纳争议焦点,学生分组进行课下准备,参照"罗伯特议事规则"的讨论机制互动讨论,汇报发言,主讲教师总结存在问题和完善思路。

| Abstract: | When choosing the discussion teaching case of intellectual property law,we should pay attention to the authority,typicality and text support of the case.The implementation of case teaching in intellectual property law can be summed up as follows:the teachers introduce the focus of the case,the group is prepared under the class,the discussion on the discussion mechanism of Robert’s rules of discussion,the report,the teacher’s summary of the problems and the idea of the good. |
