| 摘 要： | 全面从严治党背景下,党的组织建设自然要走规范化、标准化之路。高校大学生党建工作事关教育和培养当代大学生的风向标走向,然而在严格党员发展、教育改革、"95后"大学生多元化思想特点等新形势下,高校大学生党建工作在党员培养和教育、党支部组织建设、组织生活等方面存在一些问题,本文在此做出分析并提出对策。
