食品科学与工程专业实践教学模式创新研究

摘    要:本文通过分析食品科学与工程专业实践教学的现状和存在的问题,针对专业学科特点和培养目标,提出创新型实践教学体系的构建思路。在食品科学与工程专业学生的培养过程中,探索了全新的实践教学模式。为发展高素质工程实践人才培养模式提供了重要参考。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the current situation and problems of practical teaching of food science and engineering major.According to the characteristics and training objectives of professional subjects,the construction idea of innovative practical teaching system was brought out.In the process of cultivating students majoring in food science and engineering,a new practical teaching model was explored.It provides an important reference for the development of high quality engineering practice personnel training model.
