| 摘 要： | 核心素养是我国教育改革与发展的突破口和落脚点。兼顾法学学科的自有秉性和高职教育的类型特点,核心素养导向下的高职法学教育需要在教学观上做出改变。核心素养导向的高职法学教学是基于立德树人的教学,是基于共同素养+专门素养的教学,是基于深度学习的教学的。

| Abstract: | Core literacy is the breakthrough and end point of China's education reform and development.Taking into account the inherent nature of the legal discipline and the types and characteristics of higher vocational education,the core literacy-oriented higher vocational law education needs to make changes in teaching concepts.The core literacy-oriented higher vocational law teaching is based on the teaching of strengthening moral education and cultivating people,is based on common literacy+specialized literacy,and is based on deep learning. |
