| 摘 要： | 在当前高校教育工作开展的过程当中,高校辅导员是培养学生政治思想的骨干力量。在这个过程中,高校辅导员的职业幸福感决定着整体的管理质量,影响着学生的健康成长。因此,高校辅导员职业幸福感的提升十分重要。文章通过对高校辅导员职业幸福感存在的意义和价值进行简要的分析,对其提升路径进行简要探讨。

| Abstract: | In the course of the current university education work,college counselors are the backbone of cultivating students'political thoughts.In the midst of this,college counselors'professional happiness determines the overall quality of management.It affects students'healthy growth.So,it is very important for college counselors to improve their professional happiness.This paper makes a brief analysis on the significance and value of college counselors'professional happiness.The path of its ascension is briefly discussed. |
