| 摘 要： | 高校跨境电商专业人才培养,达不到行业和市场对人才的需求标准。这制约了跨境电商行业的发展,学校也不能提高人才培养水平,最终也不能达到教育目标。文章通过对应用型本科院校培养跨境电商商务英语人才的现状分析和改革实践,指出了校企协同育人六真实融合教育跨境电商复合人才职业胜任素质培养,可以有效地提高人才培养水平、加快学校教学改革进程、促成师资团队的建设、为跨境电商企业储备所需的人才、增强商务英语专业学生的职业能力等。此研究也总结了在本科校企协同育人跨境电商多元人才培养过程中,企业方面、学生方面以及学校方面各自存在的问题并进行了探索,以利于协同育人的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Present college cultivation of trading talents is not up to the standard and need of the cross-border e-commerce industry.Mismatch of the user and the talent supplier restrains the growth of the industry,while the effectiveness of college cultivation of interdisciplinary talents remains invalid.College education should strengthen practice teaching and cultivate students’abilities of practical operation problem solving problem.An education reform to this end has been conducted,and the same suggests a list of advantages:school-enterprise collaborative education is a preferred mode of interdisciplinary talents training,enhancing the overall effectiveness of talent training;teaching team construction can be best promoted;trainees’career competency is better cultivated.Fateful obstacles in the course of the integrative educational collaboration are also enumerated here for sustainability of collaborative education programs. |
