| 摘 要： | 现代学徒制通常是指将职业院校人才培养与传统的"师傅带徒弟"模式的学徒培训有机融合,由职业院校和企业合作实施人才培养的一种现代职业教育制度。文章通过对高职院校开展现代学徒制试点过程中出现的问题展开分析,为高职院校与企业合作开展现代学徒制培养提出意见和建议,同时为完善现代学徒制人才培养的体制、机制建设提供借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The modern apprenticeship system usually refers to a modern vocational education system that integrates the talent training of Vocational Colleges with the apprenticeship training of the traditional mode of"master with apprentice",and is implemented by the cooperation of Vocational Colleges and enterprises.Through the analysis of the problems in the process of carrying out the modern apprenticeship pilot program in Higher Vocational colleges,this paper puts forward some suggestions and suggestions for the cooperation between Higher Vocational Colleges and enterprises to carry out the modern apprenticeship training,and at the same time provides a reference for the improvement of the system and mechanism of the modern apprenticeship personnel training. |
