| 摘 要： | 新的形势下,社会对于高等教育提出了更高的要求,对人才的需求也更为迫切。这对于工科机械电子工程专业的人才培养既带来了机遇,又带来了挑战。针对这一具体问题,提出了几点看法,并进行了具体分析。第一个是新形势下社会大环境中人才的培养需求,第二个是目前学校人才供给侧与企业需求侧之间的供需矛盾问题,第三个是教师知识供给侧与学生知识需求侧之间的供需矛盾问题。

| Abstract: | Under the new situation,the society has put forward higher requirements for higher education,and the demand for talents is more urgent.This brings both opportunities and challenges to the training of engineering mechatronics professionals.In view of this specific problem,some views are put forward and analyzed in detail.The first is the demand for talent cultivation in the social environment under the new form,the second is the contradiction between the supply and demand of talents in schools and the demand side of enterprises,and the third is the contradiction between the supply and demand side of teachers'knowledge and the demand side of students'knowledge. |
