| 摘 要： | 在新时期背景下,社会与市场上的人才竞争变得越发激烈,高层次人才引进工作成为高校发展的重要途径,只有引进高层次人才,才能真正构建出高素质、高专业化的师资队伍,从而有效为教育工作的实施奠定良好基础,促进人才培养工作有序实施与落实。基于此,文章对新时期高校高层次人才引进工作中存在的问题及对策进行了探究,希望能够更好地落实这一项工作。

| Abstract: | Under the background of new era,the society and the talent competition on the market has become increasingly intense,high-level talents introduction is one important way of the development of colleges and universities,only the introduction of high-level personnel,can really build a high quality,high professional teachers,thus effectively build a good foundation for the implementation of the education work,promote the orderly implementation and the implementation of the training of personnel.Based on this,this paper explores the problems and countermeasures in the introduction of high-level talents in colleges and universities in the new era,hoping to better implement this work. |
