| 摘 要： | 在建设一流大学、一流学科的新形势下,提升研究生培养质量迫在眉睫。文章深入分析了目前地方高校研究生培养模式、教学模式、师资队伍等方面的不足,提出了建立健全研究生教育质量保障体系,通过加强对研究生培养质量的过程督导及教学模式改革,强化研究生创新能力及研究能力的培养。

| Abstract: | In the new situation of constructing first-class university and first-class discipline,it is urgent to improve the quality of postgraduate training.This paper analyzes the deficiencies of the postgraduate training mode,teaching mode and teaching staff in local universities,and proposes to establish and perfect the postgraduate education quality assurance system.Strengthen the cultivation of postgraduate innovation ability and research ability by strengthening the process supervision of postgraduate training quality and the reformof teaching mode. |
