| 摘 要： | 工匠精神由来已久,纵观我国几千年历史,中华民族从不缺乏工匠精神,但从全世界来看,我们就会发现近年来,我国与西方的一些制造强国相比,匠人文化正在逐步遗失。我国制造业要真正走向“高”“精”“尖”,就必须重拾工匠精神。高职院校作为各种技术技能人才培养基地,必须在人才培养中加强“工匠精神”的培养,文章结合中国制造2025的具体要求,结合汽车检测和维修专业的教学实际,对高职学生的工匠精神培养进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Craftsman spirit has a long history.Throughout thousands of years of China's history,the Chinese nation has never lacked the spirit of craftsman,but looking at the world horizontally,we will find that in recent years,compared with some manufacturing powers in the west,the craftsman culture in China is gradually losing.If China's manufacturing industry wants to be"high","fine"and"sharp",it must regain the spirit of craftsmanship.As a training base of various technical skills,higher vocational colleges must strengthen the cultivation of"craftsman spirit"in talent training.In this paper,we will discuss the cultivation of craftsman spirit of higher vocational students in combination with the specific requirements of"Made in China 2025"and the teaching practice of automobile inspection and maintenance specialty. |
